Refund policy
Returns
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or with very minor wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can ship it to the address listed above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nobulock.com.
Please note that we refund the cost of the device, not including shipping. For orders within the US, this doesn't make a difference since shipping is free. But for international orders, just know that once we are charged for shipping, that cannot be refunded.
Warranty
Coverage: Nobu Lock LLC warrants that your Nobu Lock will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
Warranty Service: During the warranty period, if a defect arises, Nobu Lock LLC will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same or equivalent model.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use or abuse.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents.
Claim Process: To obtain warranty service, you must:
- Contact Nobu Lock LLC at info@nobulock.com to report the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Defective items will not be accepted for return. However you can contact us for replacement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
